LES PÈRES DU GENRE HUMAIN

Ils sont nos pères, avec leurs cultures, leurs traditions. Je leur ai demandé l'autorisation avant de prendre ces photos, dans leur culture les photos ne sont pas acceptées. C'est comme voler une pièce de leur même âme. Quand je regarde ces photos, mon esprit vole à la grande chaleur du désert Australien, au son des didjeridoo que la distance se dégage dans l'air.

THE FATHERS OF THE MANKIND

Aborigines are our fathers, with their culture and their millenarian traditions. I ask them the authorization to take the pictures, in their culture taking a picture of a person is the equivalent of stealing a piece of his soul. When I look at these pictures, my soul falls again in the never ending Australian desert and its extreme temperatures. Today as at that time, my body feels the heat on the skin and my ears listen to the sound of the didgeridoos, blowing in the wind from remote unknown places.
